We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our Bakery, producing breads and pastries to a highly skilled standard, both in terms of look and taste, for our own restaurants and for supply to other restaurants across London.

The main responsibility of this role is to clean and maintain hygiene levels in prep areas and equipment within the Bakery, and support the bakers with basic food preparation.

The successful applicant must:

Be able to follow instructions
Have good understanding and spoken English.
Be punctual and thorough

The position is for 45 hours per week, split into 5 shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

St. John Bakery is an ofshoot of the famous, Michelin-starred St. John Restaurant. Famous particularly for the sourdoughs and doughnuts, we deliver all over London seven days a week as well as selling directly through from our Druid Street arch at the weekend.
