The position involves working within a team of six, assisting the chefs during service and being actively involved in the day to day prep such as preparing vegetables, washing dishes and keeping the kitchen clean. This is a great entry level position with opportunities to progress within the business if so desired. Previous kp's are now chefs or in front of house management. Previous experience is not as essential as a good attitude and helpful nature. Availability to work at weekends is essential. Full or part time position available.The Britannia is growing very quickly at present and it is vital that the team is able to contribute to the growth process, to be adaptable and creative, and above all else be highly motivated.
