Your responsibilities as aKitchen Porter will include:-  Ensuring the Back of House areas of the hotel are cleaned and maintained to the required standards, ensuring all kitchen areas are kept in line with food hygiene regulations- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of all crockery and equipment used in the hotel's seven kitchensWe are looking for The ideal Kitchen Porter will:- Understand the importance of a clean kitchen, and how it impacts the kitchen- Have previous cleaning experience- Have passion for the hospitality industry and for exceeding guest expectations- Have experience of adhering to hotel and company procedures- Be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends- Able to work in a fast paced working environment and remain calm under pressure- Possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills (written and verbal)- Have excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and be able to connect with other live up to our mission statement: Inspiring our guests through individuality and passion!
