Kitchen Porter/ Bar Back
Enthusiastic hard working kitchen porter/bar back required to work in busy private members club bar. This role is helping the bar staff and the bar chef to keep the kitchen area clean, tidy and equipment ready for use. The job will require working with the bar staff to keep the clubs cellar and storage areas clean and tidy.
In the mornings you will help set up the bar and kitchen ready for service. In the evenings you will help with the evening bar service, collecting plates, glasses keeping kitchen service keeping wash up areas clean, tidy work with the chef to close the kitchen down at 9pm and prepare the kitchen for breakfast service.
The hours are normally 11am-3pm 5pm-9.30pm over five days a week most weekends will be off, however occasional weekend work will be covering in our main kitchen for the kitchen porter.
You will be an important part of a small team that works our busy bar answering to the bar manager. The pay is £9 per hour.
