Kitchen Porter wanted for busy open plan kitchen - The Sipping Room – London
We are currently recruiting for chef de partie –develop your skills around innovation and attention to detail, cooking fresh seasonal products as well as creating and showcasing daily specials
Roles and responsibility include the following
• Able to work as part of a team
• Passion and dedication for producing great tasting fresh food using locally sourced ingredients
• Comfortable working across all sections
• Good standards of health and safety and hygiene regulations
• Baking experience preferred but not essential
• Proven knowledge of all Food Safety practises, to include HACCP, COSHH
Salary is up to £9 PH + share of service charge.
