We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative and eager to learn kitchen porter/ commis chef who is looking to gain some experience working is a busy kitchen. Part-time, approximately 24 hrs per week, perfect for students. Duties include: preparation/ cooking of food, cleaning , stock control and general kitchen hygiene. Friday lunch time is a must and some evening shifts will have to be undertaken.
The successful applicant will ideally have some experience working in a kitchen, but a can do attitude is more important.
Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.
