We are looking for a full time Kitchen porter.
KITCHEN PORTER - KEY DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure a speedy and sufficient supply of clean crockery, plates and polished glasses
* Ensure pots, pans and all equipment is cleaned and put away as per instruction
- Ensure the kitchen and equipment is cleaned to the standard set by Health and Safety legislation
- Have a basic understanding and knowledge of food safety law
- Report any potential hazards / breakages and follow agreed procedures to remedy
KITCHEN PORTER – SKILLS and experience REQUIRED
* Previous experience of working in a kitchen preferred
* High standard of personal presentation
* Committed to delivering a first class customer service
* Friendly manner
* Highly organized
* Genuine interest in food and drink and desire to progress
