This role is to be a chef in our production kitchen - the heart of our business and where producing excellent quality food is paramount.
This entry level role as Kitchen Assistant is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and progress quickly within the hospitality industry. The role will include producing salads, braises, garnishes, sauces, dressings as well as working with a variety of light and heavy kitchen equipment, cleaning duties and loading/unloading deliveries. Fast progression expected.

48 hours per week. Sunday - Thursday. Day Time Shifts ~ 6.30am - 4.30pm.
