Deliver the highest standard of cleanliness and hygiene, keep the kitchen and Bakey running smoothly by making sure everything is clean, tidy, safe and hygienic.
Responsibilities:
• Collect and wash up pots and pans, food containers, plates and cutlery.
• Ensure kitchen and bakery cleaning jobs are carried out efficiently.
• Unload food and equipment deliveries.
• Unpack all laundry.
• Keep the cleaning storeroom stocked, clean and organised.
• Remove food and recycling waste from the kitchen.
• Follow daily and monthly cleaning schedules for the kitchen and bakery
• Ensure all PPE chemicals appropriately.
• Report any maintenance issues to the Head Chef immediately.
• Comply with the conditions of the food hygiene policies.
• Flexible and willing to help other departments at busy times if required.
