We are looking for a Kitchen Porter (good level of English) to work in a busy kitchen.
We expect professionalism at all times as this is a client facing position.
This is a temporary position which could lead to full team depending on performance.
Responsibilities
You will keep all areas in the kitchen clean and tidy.
Make sure equipment is put away correctly and looked after to avoid breakages.
Rubbish is taken away as and when required.
You will assist with stock taking and basic food preparation.
All correct food safety and health and safety procedures are followed.
To liaise with the head chef to ensure all duties are carried out efficiently and to the correct standards.

Previous experience working in a high volume environment is a must.
Ability to work overtime, as well as covering for holidays in the daytime is essential.
