Ciao! Franco Manca’s traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas are so popular that we’re expanding across the country, and we’re looking for Kitchen Porters to join our teams across London.
Since our 2008 opening in Brixton’s market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas. Our menu has only 7 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Our Pizzaiolo use traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to cook our classic pizzas at 500 degrees for 45 seconds.
Skills needed to become our Kitchen Porter:
As a Kitchen Porter experience is not essential, but you will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health and safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef.
