We are looking for a Kitchen Manager to oversee the day-to-day Goings-on of the Kitchen
This will include:
Managing the Kitchen Team
Maintaining consistency in the Menu
Managing stock and wastage
Liaising with suppliers
Maintaining Health and Hygiene procedures
Completing Management Accounts and sticking to budget
Some training is provided but we are looking for someone with at least a bit of experience and plenty of enthusiasm. This is an expanding company with great potential for growth and progression. We provide a supportive environment to learn and grow in.
The restaurant is situated in Willesden Green, which is only 15 minutes from Central London on the Underground- it is a small but very well-reviewed restaurant. A menu is provided and input would be lovely. Another branch to open soon close by.
