Passyunk Avenue is looking for a Kitchen Manager who can run this small busy American Kitchen in Fitzrovia.
Leading a team of 4 chefs this is a full time role.
Key responsibilities include:
Cooking all dishes to company specification.
Leading the team while on shift
Compiling the chef Rota,
Ordering all supplies
Ensuring the daily and deep cleaning of the kitchen is to standard.
experience in a similar lead kitchen role would be advantageous - but candidates with any kithcen supervisory experience will be considered.
