We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Head Chef/Kitchen Manager who leads from the front to join our clients enthusiastic team at Westfield Shopping Centre Food Hall.The company was founded by one of the leading Spanish Celebrity Chefs they specialise in Tapas, the famous small dishes found in every bar in Spain. Their great selection of tapas, vino and cervezas are typical of those you will find in Madrid.  Their food is meant to be shared, at any time of day on any occasion. A great basic package and target driven bonus awaits the right Head Chef or Kitchen Manager candidate. Previous experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen is essential at either Head Chef or Kitchen Manager level, and an understanding of Spanish culture and ingredients would be advantageous.The successful Head Chef or Kitchen Manager will have: - a strong financial understanding- experience of utilising online systems, ordering, health and safety and food safety- be able to work to and control set budgets- be passionate about all things Spanish, ideally knowledgeable in Spanish food and beverage products- show a commitment to quality and attention to detail in everything they do- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills- show a natural ability to motivate and develop those around them- exhibit a will to learn and develop themselves whilst contributing to the development of the brandIt is not essential but would be advantageous to communication in the kitchen if you had a basic understanding of the Spanish Language - it does not need to be your first language.A branded background would also be an advantage.If this sound like the next move for your Head Chef / Kitchen Manager career, APPLY today.
