Department of Coffee and Social Affairs is looking for a full time kitchen manager to lead our team in our flagship store on Wardour Street, central London. Daytime hours, predominantly Monday to Friday, with the flexibility to work weekends, if and when required.
You must be able to thrive in a busy environment and motivate your team in the kitchen. You will have full control in developing and producing breakfast and lunch foods reacting to trends, being creative in the production of the freshest salads, healthy sandwiches, vegan and vegetarian dishes, hearty soups, quiches, cakes and other baked goods of the highest quality. DoCaSA is an independent, award winning and established industry leading retailer. Our kitchen is very well equipped, spacious and fully air conditioned.
