We are looking for an awesome Kitchen Manager to join the team at MEATliquor Battersea. This new kitchen is part of the Deliveroo Editions concept, meaning that all food is prepared solely for delivery. This role would be ideal for an established chef looking for a new challenge, or for an ambitious second chef looking to move up into their first KM role.
Job requirements:
• Ability to remain calm and to work under pressure
• Communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Financial awareness and strong organisation skills
• Good IT skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team focused environment
• Ability to motivate and lead others
• A flexible approach willing to support staff
• Willing to take a responsibility for the store and people
• Previous experience at a similar level and environment
• Able to take responsibility for stock control.
Qualification requirements:
• Qualification/Apprenticeship as a Chef
• Basic Food and Hygiene Certificate
• First Aid Certificate
