We are looking for a talented and skillful chef to come and work alongside us at our lovely pub in Limehouse, East London.
Following a major refurbishment, we installed a kitchen just over one year ago, we have had one partner in the kitchen all that time, he is now leaving due to deciding upon a different path in life.
The Kitchen has some really good sales which can be improved on massively.
The kitchen is currently trading:
Monday - Closed
Tues - Fri 5.30 - 10pm
Saturday All Day
Sunday 12 - 6pm
Currently, the menu is quite small but very inventive, high-end Gastro with some classics, plus roasts on Sunday vibe.
We are open to ideas on what's next, continue the classy, high-end gasto menu or look and discuss alternatives.
What is key for us, is finding the right person, someone passionate, hardworking and committed.
Whether you run the kitchen as a self-employed sole trader or through a company is open to discussion.
Our 'rent' is a fair percentage of the Net turn over.
We are looking for someone to start from 1st of October.
We are a small Independent pub company, we are fair and very reasonable, we want to find a long-term partner and collaborator.
