We are looking for a good Kitchen assistant and Kitchen porter to join our kitchen team.You must have basic knife skills, good knowledge of food and health and safety and be able to remain calm under pressure. Must be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, be flexible in regards to hours worked especially weekends, be able work on your own on certain shifts and prepare and cook food to a high standard as well as cleanliness. Speed of service is very important.Our food offer is not complicated it is very traditional in style, it is all homemade but needs some great skills to deliver it. You will be trained to a high standard by the present chefs. What will make you perfect for the job? The key is a passion for delivering the highest standards of customer service, you should be enthusiastic about what you do and willing to learn. You should also have a good eye for detail and be able to work under pressure. Proof of eligibility to live and work in the UK and National Insurance number are required.
