We are looking for a kitchen assistant that is creative and passionate about food and who is keen to learn to cook using excellent quality, seasonal produce. The role will involve food prep and assisting the chefs I all areas of running the kitchen, as well as washing up. This is the ideal role for someone looking to train as a chef on the job, we will offer in house training or are happy to take on apprentices.
The successful candidate will need to be team player, who is well motivated and enthusiastic to learn. From past experience, we know that a happy kitchen is a productive kitchen, and we want to create an enjoyable environment for everyone to work in. A strong and positive relationship with our front of house staff is also a must.
