The dining space offers a modern Japanese cuisine coupled with a sharing concept, all housed in a beautiful property on the busy Great Portland Street.
The ideal Kitchen Assistant will be experienced in restaurant environments. We are looking for a dynamic and hard-working Kitchen assistant with an eye for details and can work quickly.

The main duties include:
- Preparing starters
- Managing pass area
- Packaging take away
- Communication between kitchen and front of house.
- Cleaning and clearing up
