Ruby's of London is the capitals leading Free From bakery specialising in both bespoke cakes and large-scale manufacturing and are looking for Kitchen assistants to work in our busy bakery based in SE10 Greenwich. We are currently expanding so this is a great opportunity that can lead to other positions for the right candidate.
You MUST meet the below criteria -
Good Level of spoken English
Physically fit and healthy as some heavy lifting required.
Positive, friendly and dynamic personality.
A team player with ability to work on their own initiative.
experience of working in a busy kitchen
Minimum L2 Health and Hygiene Certificate.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure
Live in the London area – preferably locally as some early starts required.
Tasks will include -
Food Prep – chopping, mixing, filling and finishing products.
Weighing out ingredients
General cleaning duties
Packing and labelling of products
Stock control and rotation
Assisting other team members with any requested tasks.
Good pay rate for right candidate
Must be available to work shifts monday to sunday.
Weekend shifts 6am starts so must have transport or ability to reach se10 for that time.
