Ikeda restaurant opened its doors in 1978 and we pride ourselves on being one of the most authentic, traditional open kitchen Japanese restaurants in london.
Our supremely talented head chef Taka-san joined us last year direct from one of the most prestigious Kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo Japan.
We prefer our candidates to have previous kitchen experience although not essential. The individual must be passionate about food, creative and hardworking.
