Job brief:
As Kitchen staff you will be part of a busy food production kitchen, your role is essential in preparing the key components of all dishes from our restaurant and shop menus. You will work alongside the Head Chef in producing not only great tasting Sushi, soups and sauces, but also fish and chicken base dishes. Your role will include cutting, frying, steaming, boiling and washing-up whilst you are expected to practice good personal hygiene and follow proper food handling procedure.
Requirements:
• Have proven senior kitchen experience in the fast pace environment
• Excellent cooking skills and understanding of produce and ingredients
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
• Passion for working in the kitchen and food quality conscious
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication with staff at all levels
• Fully flexible; willing to start work early - 6:00 am.
