Based in the commercial kitchen in North West London, you will supervise a small team of commercial kitchen staff. experience in fresh or short shelf-life retail food production would be ideal (sandwich, ice-cream, cupcakes etc). Great communication and organisational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Make cookie dough (multiple product recipes)
Make cookie dough milk
Organise process for efficient dough-making
Manage commercial kitchen staff
Stock take and organise stock
Transport new stock from loading bay into kitchen
Ensure health and safety policies and procedures are adhered to
Ensure kitchen is kept clean

Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
Health and safety trained
Able to solve problems and work under pressure
Must have a fun, caring and bubbly personality which will resonate with staff
Good communicator across the business
