Kitchen Administrator for Bread and Honey / Facebook

Bread and Honey specialise in contract and event catering and all things delicious. We deal with some of the most discerning clients in and around London.
We are the caterers at one of the most exciting workplaces in London; Facebook. This dynamic office is vibrant and forward thinking and we provide incredible food to match this ethos.

What are We are looking for?
You will be working in a position working closely with our Executive and Head Chefs.
You will be required to:
- Collate recipes (print list of ingredients, get information from chefs, upload on software system
- Print and organise menus and ingredients labels
- Order stationery for the business
- Assist with Human Resources function (onboarding new starters, liaise with payroll, assist with appraisals system
- Assist with training administration
- Assist with Health and Safety regulations compliance
- Provide administrative support to the Executive and Head chefs
- Assistance with any in-house events
If you are a confident communicator with excellent administration skills and a minimum of 2 years office experience, we would love to hear from you.
