Ideally we are looking for;

Persons with at least a years experience in the Catering/Hospitality sector whether as a chef in the kitchen, behind the bar or as waiting staff.
Staff with 'creative' input and a general positive attitude towards working in this type of setting.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask.
A good understanding of spoken and written English.
Confidence in themselves and their job

Starting salary – 9.00 p/h. This will increase with proven experience and ability.
The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8.00 to 19.00 and weekends from 8.00 till 19.00.
