Kitchen Take-away Assistant Manager

ProToGo is looking for a passionate and driven Kitchen Assistant help to run a small kitchen based close to Brick Lane. We make all natural, high protein grab and go; meals that we sell online, to gyms and to offices.

Good with computers, tablets and printers.

Key functions

Ensure the kitchen team follows operational procedures in a timely matter.
Maintain a clean safe work environment abiding by HACCP standards for our central production kitchen.
Food hygiene health and safety knowledge minimum level 2 certification.
Delivers high quality food based on the above criteria and on-time for service based on store orders and catering.
Processing orders from our delivery platforms on different devices.
Clear communication with our delivery drivers.
Taking phone calls from customers and following up on their order status.

We are offering

Base £8.25 per hour and increases based on performance.

• Our kitchen team works daytime hours with some weekend and evening work. Currently typical days/hours would be Sundays, Wednesdays (all day) and Monday to Thursday-evenings (6 to 10pm). This will increase over time as we're expanding the business.
