Chick is a new trendy fast growing company.

We are currently recruiting for a Kiosk Manager to join our dedicated Kiosk team in a Management capacity. Leading our team to perform at a high standard and oversee the daily operation.

Responsibilities:

To deliver a first class customer experience in line with company Standards of Performance.
To work in designated area assigned by management.
To attend when requested, training deemed necessary by the company.
To be competent in cash handling
To assist area Manager when requested
To ensure that a high standard of hygiene is maintained at all times in line with company standards.
To carry out all duties within time scales required.
Organising the weekly staff Rota, staff training and meetings.
Maintaining effective stock levels Dealing with day to day problems.
Planning the effective day to day running of the business.
Achieving weekly sales targets

The right candidate will have :

Excellent communication and customer service skills in a fast paced environment.
At least 3 years work experience in catering or hospitality.
Demonstrable interest and pride in producing food.
Enthusiastic with a flexible approach and ability to use initiative.
Ability to work autonomously and also as part of a team, and build and maintain relationships with a variety of people.
