The Kiddiekare Station is currently hiring for Kiddiekarers to join our On-Demand team.
Kiddiekare Station has launched an on-demand service for London Parents -which is run as mobile school club offering child chaperoning, child activities and events, and child care within the family’s home.
We provide parents with a custom service that meets their short-term childcare needs including school run, before and after - school care, holiday care and activities, travel nanny and babysitting. We have excluded traditional child minding from our service and ensure that each booking will be stimulating to promote continuous learning outside of school, active, fun and entertaining to capture our little passengers’ amusement.

THE ROLE:
Kiddiekarers will work flexible hours base covering booking throughout the day.
Kiddiekarers will attend booked short- term on -demand childcare jobs within family’s homes such as school runs, before and after care, chaperoning the children to and from extra-curricular activities, mobile after school club, and holiday activity club.
You will drive or walk children to school, teaching them fun sing-a-long and games.
Ensuring children are safe and healthy at all times, assessing risk that may occurs during outings, activities and events.
Organising fun and educational activities for the children. Supervising and helping with homework, home learning fun such as counting, timetables, spelling and more. Entertaining whilst educating the children.
Kiddiekarers will tend to all children’ needs whilst in their care, ensuring that fed, changed and clean in accordance to parents’ instructions and kks practices. Preparing healthy meals for the children and tidy up after children. Parents may discussion further duties to be carry out.
Kiddierkarers will be patience and have an understanding of children’s behaviour including new-Borns, tantrums, misbehaving, etc. Kiddiekarers need to check child wellbeing if child is upset or withdrawn. Keeping the children happy and motivated at all times. Evoking confidence in the children and discuss concern with parents.
Assist and support parents with children’s development and liaise with parents to work together to support children with challenging behaviour or other conditions. Understanding of SEN desirable.
You can fill- in simple forms daily with training. Ability to use Microsoft.
Speak and understand English.
You will engage in marketing events and promotions within your assigned area. Organise Mums events in your local area.
You will attend staff meeting once a month.
