Accident and claims management experience is preferred as we will be developing this role within the company.
Key Responsibilities
•To answer the telephone promptly and deal with enquiries in a helpful and courteous manner.
•To adopt a proactive approach and deal with any issues relating to our customers.
•Ensure a good flow of communication within the team.
•To carry out administrative duties. Filing, scanning, document checking, system making and all round administrative perfectionist!
Skills and experience
•Previous sales advisor experience in a similar setting and ideally general practice.
•The ability to exercise judgement when dealing with enquiries.
•Excellent customer relationship skills
•The ability to manage own workload and act independently.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Points:
This is a full time permanent role.
Working hours are:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Applicants MUST have a valid UK full driver's licence
Applicants must have the right to work in the EU.
Salary between 18k-20k dependant on experience
