Kata! Japanese Restaurants is looking for experienced Sushi Chef and Hot food Chef. We have multiple positions available, Full time and Part time.
Popular independent Japanese Restaurants in Tottenham N15 and Harringay N4. Nominated in Timeout Love London awards 2014 - 2022 as one of the best local restaurants in North London. Nearest tube/train station : Seven Sisters (N15) Harringay Green Lanes (N4).
Candidates must have experience in Hot section (Grill/Teppan /Wok or Fry. Knowledge of popular donburi dishes).
Or
experience in all forms of sushi making and fish handling.
Knowledge of both skills will be advantageous. Wage to be negotiated based on experience.
Our current team is looking to expand, candidates must :
-Be a Team player yet able to work independently.
- Have high standards in food hygiene and awareness of regulations.
- Have a good command of English
- Have the rights to work in UK
