Scaffolding company is currently recruiting for a full time Junior Surveyor, office based in London NW6. Company vehicle and phone to be provided. Working hours from 8am to 5pm, Wages from £27,000 to £37,000 per annum. Full training will be provided.
Responsibilities include:

-Site visits /surveyors;
-Preparing estimates and ensuring that deadlines are met;
-Liaison with clients, local authorities and other team members;
-Risk Assessment/Method Statement.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

-Confident and responsible;
-Excellent written skills for report writing and communication skills to discuss projects with clients and explain needs to team members;
-Ability to manage own time and meet changing deadlines;
-Good problem solving and analytic mind, ability to identify risk in changing and challenging circumstances;
-Good team working skills, with a hardworking and proactive approach.
