We are a London based IT Support company specialising in the provision of IT Support to Small to Medium Size businesses. We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our team.
To be considered for the role you will need to have the following;
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• A keen interest in computer hardware, networks and technology.
• The understanding of the components of a computer and their use.
• Willing to work alongside the senior engineers to assist them and to learn from them.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to help or assist.
It is not a requirement for you to have undertaken any additional studies or qualification for this role but if you have these it may benefit you. We are looking for a peoples person someone who is willing to be part of a team and is confident dealing with customers.
