Junior Technical Support Analyst, (Kent) £25k-£35k Corus Consultancy are looking for a Junior Technical Support Analyst for a growing Technology company. Our client is offering a great career opportunity and a permanent position with an immediate start based in Kent. What you will be doing Reporting to the head of technology you will work for a friendly and hugely ambitious AIM listed technology company as part of a team spanning 4 continents.- Exposure to a wide range of technologies- Interesting mix of support and project based work The Junior Support Analyst is a natural problem solver who is able workpatiently and efficiently with our client's customers. This is a great position for someone early in their career development: You have some experience in customer service and enjoy resolving people's problems. You are looking to Hone your technical skill-set and build on your customer-facing experience. What experience we need from you Technical skills- Windows 7/8/10 desktop support- Windows Server 2008 / 2012- VMWare vSphere 5.5 and 6- Veeam Backup and Replication- Active Directory- Network services such as DNS / DHCP- Solid foundation in TCP/IP- Microsoft Office 2010/13/16- Office 365 Email, SharePoint and Skype for Business- Avaya IP Office- SonicWALL firewalls and remote access Qualifications Degree level education - electronics or computing based subjectsrelevant.- Minimum 3 years' commercial experience- Driving license and own car- Willing to travel- Able to work as part of a team or under own initiative- Second language skills advantageous - Mandarin, Japanese, Italian, German most useful.If you are organised, a great technical support analyst with excellent customer service skills, then please apply now.
