Sitting in between the two shops is a central warehouse based in Feltham. We are currently looking to recruit for a new junior position to support both our inventory team and new growing ecommerce arm of business.
About us
Petersham Nurseries is a growing homewares and lifestyle brand. Its flagship site based in Richmond, South West London, is home to an award winning restaurant, teahouse, plants nursery and shop. The shop stocks beautiful homewares, antique and unique pieces, as well as garden-wares.
In August 2021 a second site opened in Covent Garden including a shop, delicatessen and florist, which in 2022 will also house two restaurants centred on a courtyard off Floral Street.
The Role
Based within our warehouse you will offer essential administrative stock system and ecommerce support. This is an opportunity for someone wishing to entry into, or start their career in inventory management or ecommerce.
With training provided you will be responsible for the administrative execution of our central stock/ inventory IT system, raising purchase orders, product set up, booking in stock and producing bar codes.
At the same time, assisting our ecommerce coordinator prepare customer orders, from checking stock levels, picking and pack stock and shipping arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage the stock system, so all purchase orders and product setups are generated as required and input on the system.

Entering purchase intentions onto Company RMIS system.
Confirming goods in/ returned and assigning new barcodes where necessary.
Print barcodes for warehouse team
Ensure supplier invoices match POs, goods in number, agreed prices and delivery notes.
Completing the goods received schedule as necessary.
Maintain the stock system, investigating discrepancies and clearing up anomalies.
