We are looking for both a Junior Sous Chef and a Commis Chef to start in late March or early April. Full details below.

Junior Sous Chef required in Mayfair - Monday to Friday only.
Due to the installation of a new kitchen we are looking to increase our kitchen team and we are now looking for a Junior Sous Chef to be the number 2 in the kitchen. Start towards the end of March or just after Easter. Would suit an aspiring Sous Chef or an experienced Chef de Partie with ambition.
You will be joining join a small team in a busy kitchen for a traditional Gentlemen’s club in Mayfair. Previous restaurant or fine dining experience very desirable.
Hours are 45 per week on a Rota basis Monday to Friday covering lunch and dinner service. No Saturdays or Sundays.
Must be reasonably fluent in English and also be keen to learn new skills.  Reliability and punctuality are an absolute must.
Competitive salary. Paid monthly.
