Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join our handpicked, award-winning team.
The ideal candidate for this position would have a solid previous kitchen experience in a fine dining establishment and would be looking for a role that you know you will be able to develop in.

What we are looking for:

To be an ambassador of the culture of Marcus Wareing Restaurants.
Have a passion for producing great food
A strong interest and experience in fine dining cuisine.
Team leadership and training skills
Organised, tidy and highly attentive to detail.
Ability to stay calm during busy times
An enthusiastic and creative team player, able to genuinely inspire others by example.
Act as a point of contact and support for the rest of your brigade.
A good command of English is also needed
Immediate trial shifts and interviews.
