The RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced, skilful and passionate Sous Chef that can lead the brigade in one of our busiest restaurant concepts.The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a busy high quality Restaurant.The right person will have previous experience in:• Assisting the Head Chef in all duties• Producing fresh food in a high-volume environment• Managing a large Brigade of Chef’s• Maintaining strict food safety standards • Food purchasing software • Team development and training The Ned London Originally a bank, the Grade-1 listed building has been developed and restored to hold 252 hotel bedrooms, twelve restaurants and bars, a member’s club, a gym, Cowshed spa and two swimming pools, as well as six dedicated event spaces.The Restaurant Zobler’s is a traditional New York-style deli diner open for breakfast, lunch and dinner; serving up favourites such as over-stuffed sandwiches, matzo ball soup, smoked fish, salads, bagels, chicken wings and cheesecake.
