Junior Sous chef – Asian experience Required – London £30k 6 shifts per week, 1 double 9-close and 4 straights starting from 3pm-close Must have experience in the main kitchen cooking either Japanese, Thai, Korean or Pan Asian Our client is seeking a skilled and proven junior sous chef or Senior CDP for this busy high profile restaurant that serves modern International flavours using the best ingredients that are based on small dishes designed for sharing They want a new junior sous chef with experience of working in high quality Asian restaurants, someone with main kitchen food knowledge not sushi so the restaurant can add more Asian influences on the menuAs junior sous chef you must come from recognised high quality restaurants in London with accolades and with volume experience as this restaurant will serve up to 200 covers for dinner with a team of over 15 chefs You will be very structured, disciplined and highly organised with excellent communication and management skills along with a stable career to date Stable London experience is a must for this role Salary of up to £30,000 all in and closed Sundays and Mondays.
