Our success starts with our teams so we are now looking for a positive and enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join our teams at Aubaine.
If you are passionate about great food and enjoy developing the more junior members of the kitchen brigade, whilst working in friendly and supportive team, then we want to hear from you.
As a Junior Sous Chef you will be a key member of our team. You will support the Head Chef with the development of the junior members of kitchen brigade. You will be a friendly individual who really cares about providing quality dishes to our guests to ensure that they have a memorable experience with us. You will be provided with internal training and coaching to support you in your continuous professional development.
What are We are looking for in you?
Excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Passion for food
Abe to multi-task
Desire to develop and progress in your role.
Desire to develop the junior members of the kitchen brigade.
Previous experience in a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef role.
