My client a stylish and very modern restaurant in central London is on the lookout for a strong Junior Sous Chef to join the brigade in this very popular restaurant offering a wonderful contemporary British brasserie style menu.
The restaurant is located closest to the London Bridge tube station and offers customers an informal and high quality dining experience, which has in turn won the restaurant Rave reviews from critics. A very contemporary British style menu is on offer.
Rosette experience is not necessarily required but a background using fresh high quality ingredients and the desire to learn under an experienced Head Chef will be needed.
A strong junior Sous to Sous would be considered also, the might suit a head from a smaller kitchen.
The position is available immediately and trial arrangements can be made based on applicant’s availability.
The salary will be up to £32,000 plus a share of tronc
