This is a great opportunity to join Joe’s Southern Table and Bar. We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic Junior Sous Chef to join the existing team.
You must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure and show a genuine passion for great presentation and food.
You will be expected to help lead the team from the front, be focused, passionate, well organised with the ability to work under pressure. You must have previous experience in a medium / high volume restaurant.
Most importantly will be your genuine love of food and cooking ability with the emphasis on delivering well presented consistent dishes.
