The Princess Victoria Public House and Hotel rooms in Shepherds Bush is looking for an experienced Junior Sous and Chef de partie to start immediately.
Three Cheers pub group are proud owners of 9 unique pubs across South and West London. We have been operating for nearly 15 years and still have the same passion and drive in everything we do. We are so proud of our staff, food and service and we know you’ll feel proud to work with us!
The candidates should:
- Have at least 6 months experience in a busy kitchen (de Partie)
- Have at least 1 year experience in a busy kitchen as a Chef de partie or Junior Sous (Junior Sous)
- Have a passion for seasonal food and produce.
- Possess a positive attitude and good communication skills.
- Have very good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food preparation.
We are an established pub group and we really care for our staff. We provide:
