Our client is set to open a new trendy Mexican restaurant in the heart of Mayfair. Our client is currently looking for a Junior Sommelier to join their energetic and professional restaurant team. The restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner and caters for up to 80 covers.
The Role:
We are looking for a Junior Sommelier with a real passion for wines and is looking for a new and exciting career move, that will offer full training and career development. We are looking for a Junior Sommelier with outstanding customer service skills, a real people’s person who enjoys creating magical experiences.
