Responsibilities:
Develop a thorough understanding of the Sharp Cloud product and its development cycle, including recently release and upcoming features.
Assist in the testing of the product by executing tests and verifying test results.
Deliver written reports and update documentation for the product as required.
Contribute to internal stand-ups and meetings with relevant comments or suggestions.
Help support customers by responding to email and phone queries.
Use the product to produce and enhance stories for use internally and with customers.
Work with customers to help ensure that they understand the product and get the maximum value.
