Junior Sales Manager for Young

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing sales, target setting, building and maintaining key customer and client relationships.
Our Sales Managers are creative, smart, fun and outgoing. They are focused on driving promotions and pre-bookings in our pubs, and ensuring we make the most of the opportunities available to maximize our potential revenue.
What does the role of Junior Sales Manager entail?
- Very capable of driving restaurant, meeting room, private hire and area bookings for all social and corporate occasions, through networking, relationship building with our values customers and cold-calling.

- Positively, vibrant and display a real passion for the industry.
- Walking the mile (looking at sales opportunities in surrounding areas)
- Execute face-to-face meetings and show rounds in our pub.
- Build new relationships and establish new business.
- Continue relationships with existing customers.
- Marketing themed events
- Manage a computer-based booking system
- Perform day-to-day venue admin
- Visit new businesses weekly
- Achieve sales targets
- Weekly strategy planning with the General manager in line with the pubs vision and business planner.
