Our Junior Account Managers are responsible for managing our accounts across the globe, working in tandem with our purchasing and warehouse teams they use their skills in communication, promotion and maintaining relationships to generate sales, provide unrivalled customer service and build on our enviable reputation. All applicants must be target and money driven to take full advantage of their uncapped and generous commission rates, they must also be ambitious and self-motivated to succeed and possess an excellent work ethic. All of the above must be done in a fun, loud and energetic work-hard play-hard environment.
Duties
Generating and maximising sales Account Management – promotion, customer service and relationship building Undertaking and developing sales activities and other commercial activities Nurturing and using relationships with customers and suppliers Lead or opportunity generation Regenerating failing accounts Customer complaint resolution Undertake sales activities and market research Use market knowledge and intelligence to forecast market behaviour Business development and promotional activities such as mailers Develop Click Entertainment’s business contacts, profile and brand awareness in the UK Assist with sub elements of sales activity Keep up to date with products and competitors Pro-actively take part in regular communication and training within the team Communicate effectively and liaise with all parts of the organisation Sales administration and order processing Use Axapta / MS Dynamics to process all sales activity Chasing relevant paperwork needed for book keeping / accounts Meeting clients and potential clients in person Attend exhibitions in the UK and around the world Any other wider organisational activities Learning and development activities.
Any other duties that fall within the scope and level of this post.

experience and Qualifications
Sales experience (desirable) Account Management experience (desirable) Of using instant messaging and Microsoft office programs including Word, Outlook and Excel GCSE or equivalent in English and Math’s. Skills.
Skills
Excellent Communication –written, electronic and verbal especially on the phone Relationship building, persuading and influencing skills. Attention to detail and eye for figures Time management and prioritisation Foreign language (desirable) Behaviours.
