Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator required to join their expanding team within the Groundwork/RC Frame division.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor who is looking to be trained into a Senior Surveyor within a friendly and forward thinking company.
The successful Junior Quantity Surveyor will be a RICS accredited graduate quantity surveying degree and have a good understanding of the construction industry.
Responsibilities of the Junior Quantity Surveyor / Estimator will include but not be limited to:
* Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor
* Site visits
* Measure drawings
* Procure quotes from suppliers
* Estimate and cost planning
* Tender document preparation
* Contract administration and cost control with regards to sub-contractor payments
* To attend meetings and undertake site visits
