About the Role:
The Junior Project Manager role will work as part of the Delivery team to deliver and manage current and future project delivery activities, creating and managing project plans and AGILE Sprint defining and estimating User Stories managing resource burn down and project costs against budget and generally working through all stages of the System Development Life Cycle.
Where does this role fit in?
Reporting to the Delivery Director, you will work with a team of Technical resources, overseeing all work and the delivery of client projects from inception through to implementation and measuring and reporting on critical success factors and agreed KPIs.
Your main responsibilities include reporting for all active projects, managing project P and L, attending meetings with Clients as required for pre-planning, discovery, servicing of client accounts and management of projects.
You will ensure that all projects are managed in accordance with the ITG Creator Delivery approach and standards set out by the Program Management Office.
The role may include some overseas travel and you may be required to attend meetings and run workshops and presentations to Client teams.

Essential Requirements:
* experience within an IT Project Management capacity, bonus points if this is in an agency environment!
* A complete, end to end, understanding of all aspect of the System Development Life Cycle
* Strong skills in delivery, planning and problem-solving, working through what needs to be done, by who and by when
* A good understanding of and exposure to formal Project Management methodologies and PMO approaches. In particular, direct hands on experience with AGILE using SCRUM and/or Kanban approaches is considered a significant advantage
* First class communication skills, both written and oral
* Excellent customer service, customer liaison and negotiation skills
* User of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Visio)
Desirable Requirements:
* Any user exposure to Project workflow tools, such as Jira
* Any experience working in a Digital Agency or software development environment
* experience of e-marketing and e-commerce concepts
* experience, of data design and data driven, digital marketing systems, with any direct, hands on exposure to SQL and.Net development a distinct advantage.
