Junior Office Administrator Required

Correct Group Ltd an IT Support Services Company - based in Kentish Town, London, requires a junior office administrator to join our diverse team.
The role would suit an office administrator, who is interested in focusing on procurement and customer service who would be looking for their next challenge.
Responsibilities include:
• Check in and out any stock and hardware received from Clients or suppliers
• Ensure delivery drivers sign for packages they are taking
• Liaise with Engineers to obtain requirements for Client purchase requests
• Answering and prioritising help desk calls
• Confirm suitability and compatibility prior to ordering
• Obtain competitive quotes from multiple suppliers
• Confirm lead times/delivery times
• Produce quotes within CRM and send to primary engineer
• Liaise with Finance to confirm invoice sent and obtain confirmation of payment
• Obtain purchase order from finance when invoice paid
• Communicate with client on expected delivery dates and liaise with Head of Service Desk to schedule resource
• Order items for internal consumption/use
• Review renewals for warranties/licences/subscriptions etc and liaise with Clients to obtain approval to renew.
